How to purchase an eGift card

To purchase a Superga e-gift card please click Here. e-gift cards are available in $25, $50, $100 or $150 amounts. The e-gift will be emailed to the purchaser after payment is processed. 

e-Gifts Cards

The following terms and conditions govern your purchase and use of Superga Australia e-gift cards, by purchasing or using an e-gift card, you indicate you have read, understood and agree to these terms and conditions. If you have any questions about these terms and conditions, please contact Customer service.

Superga Australia online e-gift cards can be purchased and redeemed online at Superga.com.au. Customers will not be charged fees of any kind against any unused balance.

Redemption

    Redemption of e-gift cards is only applicable in Australia on Superga.com.au.

    e-gift cards can be redeemed online at Superga.com.au in Australia only. e-gift cards purchased from Superga Australia have an expiry of 36 months, or 3 years, from date of purchase. We are unable to convert your unredeemed e-gift card balance to cash upon expiry. Once an e-gift card balance reaches zero, the e-gift card has no further value and cannot be used again online. If you make a purchase using the e-gift card for an amount that exceeds the value of the e-gift card, you must pay the excess amount using another payment method.

    Refunds

    Unfortunately, we do not refund the balance of any Superga Australia e-gift cards. If an item purchased on an e-gift card is returned the item will be refunded back onto a e-gift card. Please contact Customer care on any refund enquires. 

    Lost or Stolen Gift Cards

      If you suspect that your e-gift card has been lost, stolen or copied, please contact our Customer Care team, immediately. Lost or stolen e-gift cards cannot be replaced without proof of purchase. Superga Australia are not liable for redeemed gift cards that have been stolen. Superga Australia eGift cards have a cash value and should be treated as cash. Please keep your Superga Australia eGift card safe and secure at all times.

      Limitations

        Superga Australia e-gift cards cannot be used to purchase other Superga Australia gift cards. Gift cards must not be reloaded, resold, transferred for value or redeemed for cash, unless required by law. Superga Australia e-gift cards are void if they are reloaded, resold, transferred for value or redeemed for cash. We are not able to transfer any unused balance on any Superga Australia e-gift card. 

        Risk of Loss

          Superga Australia voids any ownership or risk of loss of a Superga Australia    e-gift card once confirmation of purchase is sent to the purchaser. We are not liable for lost or stolen Superga Australia gift cards.

              Superga Australia e-gift cards can be paid for with a valid VISA, MasterCard or American Express.

              Our Policies

                Any claim or dispute between you and Superga Australia that arises will be decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in New South Wales, Australia. If any provision of these Terms of Use is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms of Use, which shall remain in full force and effect.

                Delivery Information & Requirements for Purchasers

                  Successful orders and delivery of gift cards are subject to the approval of the purchaser’s financial institution. Until the transaction has been successfully completed, your Superga Australia order may be cancelled or delayed.

                  Superga Australia is not responsible for any e-gift cards that are undeliverable or that have not been received due to an inaccurate email address being entered by the purchaser. If you forward the e-gift card to a recipient and suspect the recipient did not receive his/her Superga Australia e-gift card and confirmation email, please ensure the email address you entered is correct and contact Customer care.

                  Reasons for Failed Delivery

                    If you have confirmed the purchaser email address is correct but the Superga Australia e-gift card has still not been received after a reasonable time period, delivery may have failed due to the below:

                    1. Email was blocked by a spam filter or routed to a spam/junk folder.
                    2. Email was blocked by recipient’s firewall.
                    3. Email inbox has exceeded its size limit.
                    4. Invalid email address.

                    If Superga Australia emails are being blocked, the recipient will need to modify their email settings so that our emails are not considered spam. Please contact Customer care.

                    Limitation of Liability

                      Superga Australia is not liable for claims or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with your purchase of a Superga Australia gift card. This includes damages from changes to or termination of the Superga Australia e-gift card program or as a result of you redeeming and/or using the e-gift card. This applies to damages of any kind, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss or damage to property and claims of third parties.

                      Variations

                      We may reasonably vary our terms and conditions from time to time. Any variations will be effective upon the posting of the revised terms and conditions on our website. Your continued use of a Superga Australia gift card after the posting of the revised terms and conditions constitutes your agreement to the revised terms and conditions.
